"A group of 11 of us visited Fergus Club Mallorca Waterpark and it was incredible. 5 Adults and 6 children ranging from ages 1-14 and the hotel accommodated for everyone and an amazing atmosphere! I really couldn’t say anything bad about the staff, the hotel or the food. We have 2 autistic children and a few fussy eaters and the buffet for food had stuff for everyone. From Chips, burgers, hotdogs to more fancy foods like fish, beef, pork, duck. The pools weren’t too cold when we went and slides were used regularly. We were put in a room next to the entertainment stage which we were a bit skeptical at first due to having a 1 year old baby. However, it’s was perfectly fine and very clean. No issue at all. The entertainment is only on until 10.30pm latest then music is played until 11pm but even in our room which was directly next to the stage you could hardly hear it when the balcony doors were closed. Plenty of shops, fast food places, restaurants, bars outside hotel too. Highly recommend definitely worth the money!"

"We are still staying at the hotel while writing this review, and honestly, we already cannot imagine leaving. We are seriously considering extending our stay because Fergus Waterpark Hotel in Mallorca is without any doubt the best hotel and the best family vacation we have ever experienced in our lives. From the very first second we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care unlike anything we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. A HUGE and very special thank you to Mounier and Raul, who have made our stay absolutely unforgettable. They treated us like family from day one and made sure every single moment of our holiday was perfect. Their positivity, energy, kindness, and dedication are truly exceptional – they are absolute superstars! Every single member of staff deserves enormous praise. The reception team, restaurant staff, waiters, cleaners, entertainment team, lifeguards, and every employee at this hotel deliver service on a level we honestly did not think existed anymore. We have traveled to many places around the world, but we have NEVER experienced people this friendly, caring, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every single person here makes you feel special and appreciated every day. The facilities are absolutely incredible! The waterpark is beyond amazing, the waterslides are insanely fun, the splash areas are a dream for children, and the relaxing pools feel like pure luxury. Our children are having the time of their lives and literally do not want to leave the hotel. Every day is filled with laughter, excitement, happiness, and unforgettable memories. This hotel truly understands how to create the perfect family experience. The safety here is also absolutely world-class. The lifeguards and staff are always watching carefully around the pools and children’s areas, and as parents this gives us such incredible peace of mind. You can completely relax and enjoy your vacation knowing that safety is taken extremely seriously at all times. The entertainment program deserves standing ovations. We have never seen anything like it at any hotel before. There are activities, shows, music, games, and entertainment all day and evening for both children and adults. The atmosphere is absolutely magical every single night, and the entertainment team creates so much joy and energy throughout the hotel. It honestly feels like a luxury world-class resort experience every single day. And the food… WOW. The buffet is truly OUT OF THIS WORLD. The quality, freshness, variety, and taste are on another level entirely. Every meal feels like dining at a high-end restaurant. There is something incredible for everyone – both adults and children – and we have been blown away every single day. No words can truly describe how professional, wonderful, caring, and unforgettable this stay has been. Fergus Waterpark Hotel has created memories that our family will carry forever, and we already know we will return again and again in the future.
