"I absolutely loved my stay at JS Palma Stay in Mallorca! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. The cleanliness was exceptional. The entire hotel was absolutely spotless and always smelt lovely and fresh. The rooms were beautifully maintained, smelt wonderful and were cleaned regularly to a very high standard. I also loved having a balcony. You could really see the care and attention that went into keeping the hotel looking and feeling so clean and welcoming. The staff were outstanding! Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, warm and welcoming. They were always smiling, greeting guests and making everyone feel comfortable. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and any issues were dealt with quickly, efficiently and always with a smile. The level of hospitality genuinely made my stay special. The food was absolutely incredible – without a doubt the best buffet I've ever experienced! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were consistently outstanding. There was an amazing variety of dishes, with different options available every day. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. I particularly loved watching the chefs freshly prepare and cook the meats right in front of you. The chefs themselves were so friendly and welcoming, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The desserts were wonderful, with so many tempting choices, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality and variety of food on offer. I genuinely looked forward to every meal! The bar staff were equally exceptional. They provided fantastic service, and the cocktails were absolutely delicious! I also loved the selection of cakes and desserts available. It was such a lovely place to relax and enjoy something sweet or a drink. The spa was another highlight of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and had a wonderful massage. It was such a relaxing experience and added something extra special to my holiday. One thing I particularly appreciated, which might not seem important to everyone, was the number of toilets conveniently located throughout the hotel. As someone who lives with bowel disease, having easy access to toilets makes an enormous difference to my comfort and peace of mind. This was something I was genuinely grateful for and made it much easier for me to relax and enjoy my holiday. The location was fantastic too! The hotel is very close to the airport and within easy reach of the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby, and it's also easy to travel into the busier parts of Palma if you want to explore. What really stood out to me was how consistently excellent everything was. From the spotless rooms and beautifully maintained facilities to the incredible food and genuinely lovely staff, it felt like every aspect of the guest experience had been carefully considered. They even remembered my birthday 💜. I came away feeling that the staff genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. That kind of hospitality makes such a difference. I had an absolutely wonderful stay and would return without hesitation. JS Palma Stay has set an incredibly high standard for me, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, food and customer service. "Arrival Reception Dropped on the corner and entered the hotel definitely no wow factor. Reception not particularly friendly just checked us in when I asked questions kept saying look at leaflet not a great welcome. We had told them prior we were celebrating our 30th anniversary but no reference to this at all. Had to pay €27 and €5 deposit for safe which is unacceptable in a 4 star Had to give €20 deposit for 2 pool towels which we got back Told the tax for staying was €39 but was €46 Took lift to 6th floor lift faulty for few days and still on 6th floor you press a button n blank screen so you don’t know if working or not Room was quite View was terrible it’s a residential area as well so often can hear dogs barking during day but it was quite at night As you are literally surrounded by high rise hotels they block sun so often part of the pool is shaded Lots of party groups allowed saw several groups of men n women with stag and hen sashes only time we heard them is when they gathered around pool area Dogs stay at this hotel Predominantly the guests are German Room Positives Modern Towels large n soft Comfortable bed nice pillows Fridge kettle Negatives Room very small in comparison to pictures on line No storage space no draws no bedside draws just open bedside table to throw personal items in on a shelf No cups spoons tea or coffee no glasses No shelves in fridge so you can only use the bottom Wardrobe small hanging space not enough hangers had to request more Accessible Shelves in wardrobe were ok but not enough to to store much Bathroom small no shelves had to put toiletries around sink was so confined"
