"We holidayed the last week of August 2026. Grandparents x 2, and 4 grandchildren between 4 and 10 years old, and their parents ie 10 in all.  I appreciate it may have been different for some other reviewers but our holiday was really great, and a reasonable price, with lots for the children to do. We have come back after a wonderful holiday; stayed in block 3 called Ibiza. It is central. The double room has 2 single beds pushed together so we had individual bedding which is great. There's also a sofa bed below the TV on which there is BBC News in english. If you bring films on  laptop (bring cables), you can use that on TV too. Ibiza block is behind the stage so there is a little noise till 10.30 but it did not impact our sleeping. The balcony overlooks the young children's 'elephant' splash pool and snack bar area so we were lucky to be on a higher floor (8 floors in all).  Our room was cleaned daily and towels on the floor were replaced; outside areas were being cleaned by staff especially early morning and evening; reception were so helpful when we needed the air-con fixed & extra bedding.  The family rooms are very spacious, and the kids said the sofa bed and pullout were comfy. Beds are a little hard rather than soft but again, are perfectly adequate.  You can hear the air-conditioning but it's just a constant murmur. The air-con didn't work when we arrived, but reception sent maintenance (it was the fuse), and then it worked.  The air-con made it quite chilly at night so my husband was supplied with a light duvet which was perfect. If you leave the air-con off, it gets a bit warm. There's a safe, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge freezer and plates, cutlery, mugs in the family rooms. In the double room is a safe, kettle, mugs & fridge. You can buy large bottles of water in the tiny shop, but there's lots of water available at special taps in the bars/restaurant. So many pools to choose from. The small 'blue elephant' flumes were great for our younger grandchildren. The big Pirate flumes fabulous for our 5+ yr olds & adults!!. There aren't many sunbeds in that area (it’s the only gated area), so adults usually end up standing to watch the kids on the flumes. We liked the smaller swimming pool, attached to the main pool cos it is shallow at one end, only rising to 1.2m, and lots of shade near the huge tree at the shallow end, and further away from the music. Pool is roped off till 10am but you could reserve sunbeds earlier if needed. There were always beds available when we were there.  Bring shoes to wear around the pool. The floors become hot in the sun and sometimes feel a little slippery when wet. Of course, wear them to the toilets and snack bar but also between the pools. The snack bar has limited food, beer, water and non-alcoholic drinks. 10.30 - 18.00. As there are fizzy drinks available on tap outside the bar, there were some wasps around the taps, but you can go inside for drinks where there were no wasps. The restaurant is big; air-con only partially working. The food is adequate but not always hot, however there is a microwave. We always found food we liked; hot (at island or from the hotplate, always pizza), cold (cheeses, hams, salad), fruit (fresh, tinned, lots of melon), pastries/fresh bread, desserts (incl cakes, mousse, vanilla/choc ice cream). The only alcohol in the restaurant was on tap; red, white or rosé. Only the rosé was drinkable! Alcohol available at the bar between the stage area and reception from 11.00 to 22.30. The restaurant becomes very busy so best to go when it opens when there are fewer people and adequate room to move around, and feels relaxed. Later on it gets a bit pushy & noisy; breakfast 8.00 to 10.00; lunch 13.00 to 14.30; dinner 18.30 to 21.00. There is space to eat outside but it's hot of course (no shade). You could always try the snack bar instead. FYI - In restaurant, there is a big step down just after you get inside. I feel there should be a hazard strip across it cos I saw a number of people stumble. Evening entertainment is really for the kids. They can dance on the stage until the 'show' starts at 8.30. Then it's the entertainment team singing, with one conga around the seating area. It's a bit ‘pants’ really, cos all the kids want to do is dance, rather than watch the stage. However the kids thought it was great. Entertainment team work very hard all day, games in the pool, archery, football etc but evening is very repetitive and a bit boring.  Shuttle bus to the beach was very efficient (some seatbelts not working but it's only 3-5 mins away). We recommend going at 9am. The driver was happy to come back for other people, as many times as needed. For a fixed parasol and 2 loungers it was euros 15.50, and there's also a lock box (altho we didn't use it). Sandy beach was clean. Toilets opened at 10am. Great place to 'jump the waves; quite powerful waves when we were there, late August. Shuttle bus easy to catch back too.  Jet2 rep Teebo helped us with info re getting the bus to Manacor. It's an inland town, typical of real Mallorca, but more for the locals than tourists. Tip - go for the family rooms (they are spacious) in the central blocks like Ibiza, but a bit higher eg 4th, 5th, floors."

"We have just stayed here in Ibiza block. Room was basic and well used, curtain ripped and poor quality damaged laminate flooring. The room was quite small as well. Unfortunately we had some black worms (possibly larvae) alive in the bathroom. This was reported numerous times to reception whose response was very slow and poor, sending the housekeepers in 6 Hours later and failed to resolve the problem. We eventually complained to jet2 and hotel management who seemed to struggle to solve a pest issue. The manager did not even apologise initially instead just stating that she hadn’t seen any issues, despite the videos and pictures I have that I will post here. I have no issue with pest issues - but the hotel response was very disappointing, slow and disinterested. The splash parks are great for kids, there’s so many different pools to choose from for everyone’s desires. Unfortunately 4 of the splash park features at the pirate area did not work the whole visit. I asked a staff member about this who just said ‘they’re broken, sorry’. This was one of the main reasons we stayed here was for the splash park features. The snack bar is basic with burgers, hot dogs, chips, ice cream and a few other things but lots of flies and wasps around. I feel more should be done to prevent this. The drinks machine outside is ridiculous with wasps on it. My kids were afraid to even get a drink as they all swarm around when you get a drink. The kids club was a joke. I took my kids in and the staff ignored them as we stood there awkwardly not knowing what activities there were. One staff member Ana, was even scrolling on her phone instead of welcoming and engaging with the children. We eventually just left. The park area is really good. It has everything kids could want and feel very safe. The games arcade looks really nice and a couple games are really good but every game either seemed to take my money or not work properly, for example the car driving game just steered to the right no matter what and the claw machine didn’t move after putting money in. The restaurant can get extremely busy and become a nightmare. You have to get a table so far away from where the food is and then fight your way through the people to get any food. I’m not sure if it’s air conditioned but it seemed very hot and we didn’t want to stay there long. Numerous times there were no glasses near the drinks machines either. Food was standard. Always had pizza, chips and salad and some of other things that changed everyday. Desserts were the usual cakes you get from buffets. There’s good activities on site including the trampolining. The staff member here is so engaging and good with children. Mini electric cars which were fun and mini disco everynight as well as other events like magic shows and karaoke. The gym is really good. Air conditioned and modern equipment. Around the area there’s not a great deal, but some great beaches and scenary. Overall whilst the hotel had some great features and on another day may provide a great experience but for us on this occasion it was a massive let down and really disappointing."

"We went here for 4 nights with our 3yr old grand-daughter. A bit of a shock to our system, we’re used to adult only resorts 😂, but had a great time and so did our grand-daughter. All the negative reviews about noise in the dining room are true but it’s a kids resort so what do you expect? I’d be worrying more if there was silence. Staff in the dining room are excellent, how they keep up with all the comings and goings should be applauded and not criticised. Food was good, could find something for everyone to eat every time we were in. Quality was good too. Maybe need more egg stations in the morning but other than that great. Rooms are basic but do what they say on the tin. Disappointed at no water or juice in the fridge and no coffee or tea although had a kettle and coffee machine. Another pool area would be excellent but other than that a great place for families with kids. Would definitely go back with grandkids."
