"We have had our last visit here in 2023 Rooms are absolutely beautiful housekeeping was very good kept our room spotless lovely Beds very comfortable I found since our last visit the walk ways were looking tired Broken tiles Paint on walls very much needed a top up Sunbeds were slightly dirty Breakfast was good Although never very hot Dinner ok but very much samey I would visit again if at a good price 🙂"

"After a 3rd visit in 3 years I’m sad to say it would probably be my last in the current climate. Still a very good hotel, and all the bar/waiting staff are first class. Loved Erik but I must say, the new guest relations manager was really nice. Found the new entertainment set up a bit of a disappointment if I’m truly honest with it now being overwhelmingly French orientated. From what I understand, Lookea block book rooms and fill them and have their own entertainment team alongside the hotel team. Nothing wrong with that but that doesn’t mean you need to have French only entertainment/drinks in my opinion. Found previously all nationalities mixed in and was inclusive but that certainly wasn’t the case this time so we didn’t really feel welcome to join in. We did join in where we could, but at the end of our stay, despite my daughter playing cornhole all week with the hotel team, the French animation team then told her she couldn’t play as it was adult only. It’s a poolside game she had played all week just throwing a bean bag into a hole………come on!!! For this reason I would be unlikely to return which is a shame as our family have made many memories here. The hotel entertainment put on some brilliant shows, and Emilia in acui club is an absolute diamond. Hopefully the current policy will change so we can return"
