Las Adelfas

"Just back from my stay at Las Adelfas & I cannot recommend it enough I was in room Number 101 the first apartment on the bottom with one bedroom I had my 2 children with me age 14 & 8, Im 37. The reviews iv seen before I booked it kinda put me off but I just want to say that anyone who put in a bad review WOW WOW you should have stayed at home?!!! The whole place is amazing you get free sunlounger towels each day big large towels so no need to bring towels. There was free bottles of water in my fridge when I arrived. An Iron, full cooker with oven, pots pans, scissors. My sister came with me she was in room number 102 right next door to me with her 3 children age 22, 16 & 6. The cleaners are around every morning also the maintenance man doing a brilliant job. The complex is extremely friendly (I get homesick) and I didn’t feel one bit homesick I felt like I was at my own home at my little garden every apartment is right at the pool I left my door completely open every single day even while me & my children went to the beach thats how safe I felt. The workers are amazing, Alison is so friendly I felt like iv knowing her my whole life on the first day I met her while asking her to order a taxi for us to the water park. There was 2 life guards one was called George & I didn’t get to ask the other hes name but the two of them were so so lovely, each morning I would be sitting at my front door having a cuppa & when one of them arrived they would give a lovely warming smile saying good morning, they arrive for 9:45am. The ladies is the las Adelfas restaurant were AMAZING so friendly having the chats with everyone laughing & joking. The chicken tenders are soo good! The water in the pool was the most cleanest water also heated so well. The whole place is amazing and as I said the people who gave bad reviews WOW!! I know everyone had there own type of holiday but what you see in the Las Adelfas photos is exactly what you get everything is exactly the same as the photos. This is a long review but I could go on & on 😂 my children loved everything about it my sisters children also loved everything about it. We will be definitely back as I said I get home sick any where I go but this felt like home to me. Thanks so much to everyone that works at Las Adelfas for making our week feel so calming we made the best memories. (Hope I didn’t leave anything out) See you next time."

"Apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Bathroom floor was filthy and looked like it needed a good sweep and mop. All of the mirrors in the apartment had stains on them which looked like bodily fluids. The bed sheets had stains on them, as did 2/3 of the spare bed sheets. The pillow was stained, as was one of the spare cushions. I raised this with reception the morning after arriving and they were apologetic and send the cleaners would be sent around again. When we came back to the apartment the bathroom floor remained filthy, the mirrors still stained, the beds were re made but the new sheets were stained again!!! The lack of cleanliness has put me off these apartments and I would not stay here again. The only positive is the apartment is in an excellent location, close to a lovely beach."
