Lanzarote Village Hotel

"cannot thank Mayo the receptionist at Lanzarote Village Hotel enough for her kindness and help when we needed it most. Our villa booking through Booking.com was cancelled unexpectedly, leaving us in an incredibly stressful situation. We contacted numerous hotels, but everywhere seemed to be fully booked, and we were genuinely at risk of having nowhere to stay. It was a really worrying experience, and we didn't know what we were going to do. Thankfully, we ended up at Lanzarote Village, and the lovely lady at reception was an absolute lifesaver. She went out of her way to help us when we were feeling stressed and vulnerable, and her kindness made such a huge difference. Sometimes it's not just about the hotel itself, but about the people who work there and how they treat you when you're in a difficult situation. She showed genuine care and understanding, and we will always be grateful for that. She is a real credit to Lanzarote Village Hotel, and I sincerely hope management recognises her for the wonderful way she helped us. A massive thank you for being there for us when we needed it most. You truly made a difference! ❤️"

"Fantastic hotel close to everything you may need. Rooms cleaned everyday, food lots of choice puddings to die for, no sunbed wars very friendly staff and the jacuzzi is a cherry on top we will be back after the refurbishment"

"To start with the WiFi is appalling slow and in secure,which I may add open,s you up to all sorts of problems later scams hacking to name just a few. Hotel is spotless and the room service for all inclusive is second to none. Bar staff and also amazing thank you so much. Rules around the pool and day I'm aloud pool towels the next day I need a card ,this was not mentioned to you on arrival neither were we given the appropriate cards for our stay. Pool attendant on this day was very rude on getting the cards we were given 2 towels, the following day it was self service double standards. Hot tub on many occasions has children in it under 16 pool attendant does absolutely nothing people smoking around the sunbeds nothing done about that either. The food is morning and evening meal totally horrible nothing matches ,one day there was green beans for breakfast and most of the food is being recycled in to other dishes mini sausages turned in to a casserole disgusting, water in the scrambled egg,mash potatoes look like baby food , over cooked pasta which had gone hard , oxtail more fat than meat, one lunch time there was a bowl of Brussels nothing to go with them ,rock hard con in some kind of red sauce bacon was more like Parma ham smoked, the fruit looking like it had past it's best over a week ago,I can go on but I guess this is all inclusive, well on a scale of were I've stayed before the timanfaya hotel in plays blanca all inclusive is leagues above this place , we spent most nights walking around looking what was worth having for tea and ended up going out very disappointed. It's being let down by management and head of kitchen yes you might be on a budget but sadly several English people I've spoken to won't be coming back because of the food. Entertainment at night some good acts and singers unfortunately only on for an hour so nothing to do after that so 9pm till 10 pm your evening is done . Pool area very clean and plenty of sunbeds . Not seen a Jet2 member since we arrived wouldn't no were to go to find one either . I won't be coming back here and it's the food which has made this decision. Regards Steve 🙏"
