"Been here many times and really enjoyed the atmosphere, location to airport and setting. The hotel staff are so kind and helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Always found the rooms clean and tidy and of a good standard. Entertainment is top class and animation team full of fun. Lovely warm swimming pool which is kept exceptionally clean. No real complaints about the hotel except bar service. Since the other pool bar was removed, there is only one main bar open during the day and they are struggling to keep up with demand. Long waiting times which is so frustrating. It is really so unfair on the bar staff and the guests alike. The milk lab does serve beers and wines but no cocktails or shorts on all inclusive. This is also an issue in the Belingo bar where waiting times are so slow that invariably creates a need to go to the piano bar to get a drink which puts pressure on that area. The whole ethos of a holiday is for relaxation and to be stress free, not be be struggling around bars for service. Arriving again in September, but if these issues are not resolved, would seriously consider not returning which would be such a shame. Please management, address this issue as it seems the number one complaint from your guests."

"Overall this place has one major highlight, lots of bits above average and elements where it falls flat. The best part by far is the family entertainment which is second to none. The team really seem to love what they’re are doing, engage the children and really bring their best to their play / work. My son loved being with Davide who had only just started this week and my daughter loved everyone. My kids are quite nervous at first and they bought them out of their shells straight away. Big shout outs to Lucia, Maria, Imara. Amazing energy in the mini discos, but the whole team was great. These ladies in particular could be inspirational teachers and top level private schools one day should they choose to take that path in the future. They all deserve a pay-rise in my eyes as without them the review would have been considerably lower! The bad of the trip was only down to the restaurant. On our first night our son was served raw tandoori chicken. We reported this to staff and they seemed more annoyed than apologetic. These things can happen at a buffet of this scale so we tried to brush it off at we wanted to enjoy our holiday. On most nights we we ordered drinks in the restaurant only half the drinks would come and sometimes not at all so we resorted to getting our own drinks from another bar. The issue here is the bars are so understaffed you can be waiting 10-20 minutes for a drink at any time - not ideal when it’s hot and the kids are thirsty. One thing they are quick at is clearing your table, so fast that one night when we went to get pudding, they managed to clear our table and sit another family on it and remove our belongings (some which had to be retrieved from the bin!). At this point I had to complain the management about issues but they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Everything else was lovely, clean and tidy. My tips to management would be do everything you can to keep the entertainment team happy to keep these staff on, get more bar staff and get a better restaurant management system. I would come back again 99% down to the Pepe Club."
