"Location if good. Atmosphere friendly even though most people have been going to these appointments for years and tend to know each other well.Rooms are clean and modern. However, there is only a blackout curtain which means you either have to get dressed with the curtain closed and the lights on, or during the day leave the curtain open and hope nobody sees you. Just a little thing but some people might find it a problem. Make sure when booking you let them know you DON'T want rooms 100 to 202 these rooms are over a restaurant and shops and the noise starts from 5.30am with deliveries and the huge bins getting emptied every day and coaches dropping off and picking up from the hotel opposite these rooms. We had to ask to be moved as we had been woken up 5.30am . We were given a room the day after we asked to be moved but had to pay extra for this room as we were told it was an upgrade. The new room was definitely not an upgrade - it was exactly the same as our other room apart from we were now looking at a roof and a brick wall not a main street but it was quieter. Would we book again yes but this time we would be aware of what rooms to ask for."

"So let me start with the location, in my personal opinion in the perfect place , very quiet adults only . Reception staff are amazing helpful and friendly. We had a ground floor apartment very spacious, clean and everything you would need for self catering, although we did eat out at some of the restaurants, so many good ones to choose from , over the 15 years we have been coming to Costa teguise never had a bad meal yet . We also went for b&b option , breakfast between 8-11am food was amazing, lots to choose from all cooked and prepared as you order , all the staff at debs diner are great, friendly and very hospitable.during the day this is also the pool bar where once again food and drink is available and really reasonable prices. The whole holiday was fantastic great value for money, and yes will be returning."

"September 26. Our second stay this year at ocano. Rooms are well equipped. Spacious. And very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. And the room service and cleaning is second to none. Absolutely fabulous stay. Will recommend to anyone. Neil. Yorkshire."
