Occidental Ibiza

"Terrible - avoid! Hotel staff were particularly unhelpful, the rooms are very basic and not cleaned every day. The restaurant never had enough cups or glasses. The food was very average and only luke warm. Alot of the drinks had run out - it was very obvious it was end of season. The areas around the pool and by the rooms were dirty and the outside tables had dirty glasses and plates on them most of the day . This is definitely not a 4 star hotel"

"Awful please avoid! Wife received an electric shock from a poorly wired and uncovered hairdryer socket, this made her feel awful as a result. Could easily have seriously injured or killed small child, staff didn't seem to care or be bothered by the situation. Staff were generally rude from arrival to check out, not a single staff member smiled the entire time we were there. Seating area was nice the huge pile of puke that was left to bake in the sun and for people to walk through wasn't nice. Good selection of food although its generally mildly warm rather than hot. On check out yhe lady just took our room keys and walked off, not even a thanks or safe journey. Im not sure if they're tired or just rude but after this stay id never stay in the chain of hotels again and would avoid staying at this venue. Never again"

"This hotel was clearly understaffed for this week in October: the restaurant kept running out of glasses and cups, the outside tables would be covered in dirty cups for most of the day and night, massive slow-moving queues at reception, spills not cleaned up, food from the hotplates often cold, a lot of broken sunbeds, only one towel in the room for two people. Very poor."
