"JB adults has a view to die for in both day and night, thats the best thing about it. It’s not for the less able bodied though as no lifts and stairs everywhere so be warned. We had a comfortable stay, beds were comfy, sunbeds on huge balcony and no race for a bed at the pool. Pool towels provided on request at reception. Air con in the living space was very much needed. We had an issue with our shower and kettle which were resolved very quickly. Shower room looks like it’s had a bit of an upgrade. The pool bar has a good choice of snacks and reasonably priced. All staff nice. What wasn’t so good was the room was dated and needed a better clean. Wardrobe doors slatted and the dust in there was weeks, maybe months old. The fridge freezer had dirty brown marks on the doors where people had opened / closed and I scrubbed that off myself with the scourer provided in kitchen. Dirty marks up the cupboard door and mirrors smeared. Patio furniture needs a clean too and the bed runner had a big stain. Cleaners do come daily, early morning for our room so a do not disturb sign is needed. TV only had sky news in English that we could find. The side light in bedroom would flicker when toilet light put on. Once Servatur make it more modern it will be a great place to stay."

"My husband and I chose J.B. Service, as we wanted an adult hotel with quiet. Lovely rooms with large terraces. The pool bar was open during the day, where you could get snacks and drinks. Really good. Lots of space by the pool and lovely quiet. I would not recommend the hotel due to poor walking. But all in all, a lovely hotel."

"Little Gem worth more stars in our opinion Never woken up early or kept up on a night with noise It’s blissfully peaceful if you’re looking for this Balcony huge with amazing views and sun all day if you get a sea view the others did lose the sun earlier, we had room 23 perfect for the pool location and had the hot tub Bar and food nice too, not stacks of choice but enough you won’t starve Not good for anyone with mobility issues as you literally have to go up or down for any bars shops etc no where to nip for a pint other than the sister hotel five mins up the hill Taxis mostly 5 euros Puerto Rico again our opinion, bars can be a bit loud but you can have a more chilled vibe down by the port, depends what your after Mogán on the boat amazing and defo more my thing wish we’d booked there being honest Amoradas beach again stunning and a lovely walk too along the coastal path Hope this helps and enjoy"
