"Arrived here yesterday . Travelling is tiring and it’s hot . . No welcome drink on arrival which most hotels do . Confusion at the desk re rooms . No complementary water in fridge . No tea making facilities . No glasses in room just paper cups . Seriously this hotel is the meanest place I’ve been . You pay for a kettle if you want one . Disappointing to say the least . Paid so much to come here and it’s absolutely no frills ."

"Staged in Hotel 2, Alamaris in May Half term with my 2 sons and mum. The hotel room was the duplex room and overall no complaints with regards to the room. There's no kettle or facilities to make a cuppa but we knew this prior to travelling and went prepared. Location of the hotel is great and only a short walk to the beach, shops and bars (although this is not a built up area but enough for us in the time we were there). These 2 things are the positives from the stay. Negatives were this hotel must have the rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. You really would not think we paying guests, the poor staff attitude is across all areas, reception, bar staff, cleaners but particularly bad with the life guards and waiting staff in the restaurant. Pool area is fairly small and sunbeds are crammed in, I wanted to move my sunbed slightly (literally less than an inch) and the way the lifeguard went off you'd think I was picking it up and taking it off down the beach. This put us off using the pool so we spent most of the holiday down on the beach but the one other time we did go back my youngest went in the pool with a swim top on (uv protection) and told her wasn't allowed to wear this. Seems it's more a case of if your face doesn't fit they'll go out of their way to make it miserable. I don't know why they were like this but certainly noticed they had individuals who could do whatever without problem but families who just want to come holiday without hassle only to be treated very rudely. The waitresses were a while new level of rude! Food wise was so so and we found actually hotter in the 1st hotel but both offer the same selection. The themes do change each night. We stayed half board so not sure about the AI extras. Entertainment in hotel 2 was heavily geared towards the French guests so not always easy to follow. This is not a hotel I would return to and given the costs involved they really need to remember no guests no jobs. There's really no need for the rudeness."

"Great family atmosphere for all ages, but also for couples. All entertainment, bar and restaurant staff very welcoming and attentive to our needs - nothing was too much. Clean and comfortable room. Enough space for four of us. Tom service was impeccable. Fantastic gym and spa on site, which we used a number of times. Shops at exit of resort, close to beach front. A wide range of drinks and snacks on offer and so much choice for meals."
