"Hi i normally dont write reviews but i felt i had to after reading some of the reviews last month or so they are not through in my opinion. we booked through love holiday 2 rooms for 6 nights ALL inclusive for 4 Adults and 2 kids rooms were spacious and very clean, Cleaned very morning fresh towels and shampoo soap etc. Food in restaurant was lovely waiter even dropped drinks to your table which was nice touch. plenty to choose from. The bar staff were very friendly and service was quick even with long que went fast. The cocktails were made fresh not the normal machine type also in proper glasses which again was nice touch. The evening entertainment was excellent very night and there was good day time games for the younger kids. We had access to the spa every day as well lovely heated indorr pool steam room sauna Jaccuzzi. We stayed on the third floor right beside the bar & pool which was very handy. The day befor we came home there was a leak in our room coming from the ceiling i went to reception to report it and withing 3 minutes 2 people came up and looked at it the room above us left the tap on overflowed into our room we were moved into new room within 10 minutes no hassell at all very quick to responed. overall myself and family had lovely time and will 100% return honest review so dont look a the negitve reviews"

"I was quite disappointed with my stay. Some orange juice was spilled on the bed, but instead of changing the sheets, they just made the bed again. Several of the towels had stains, and the room didn’t feel properly cleaned. It was also very noisy in the hallways, which made it hard to relax. Also, one of the mornings, the cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30 am. The location was fine, but overall the standard didn’t match the price."

"I had to leave a review as I think the negative reviews are really Unfair and had me worried before we went. Glad I didn’t listen. We were all inclusive and couldn’t fault anything. The service was lovely and we were served in a. Timely manner with friendly helpful staff. They worked constantly and kept everything clean and tidy. The snack bar was available all day with fresh food cooked as you liked and unlimited crisps. Olives and nuts which was a nice touch. Couldn’t fault the food and served drinks to your table at lunch and dinner which again doesn’t usually happen at all inclusive. The rooms were spacious and cleaners were in ever single day making beds etc. Spa was great and got free use for 1 hour per day which we loved. The entertainment was not the best as it wasn’t in season but for what we wanted it was great. Close to Everything and enough out the way to relax too. If we were to return I would have no hesitation to revisit. Pic nic was made up for us travelling to the airport with fresh food made for us at no extra cost or hassle. It was a really enjoyable stay and no one had any complaints even the two teenagers! I honestly don’t know what people expect. Also you get 50% discount on drinks if you fancy a premium cocktail which I felt was very reasonable. The choices for all Inclusive drinks and food was great and served in glass tumblers at night which I loved! Glad we didn’t listen."
