"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Family Stay – Wonderful Staff, Great Food and Genuine Kindness
We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would especially like to highlight the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the entire team.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. The reception staff were always friendly, attentive, patient and ready to help us whenever we needed anything.
A very special thank you to Fares and Nazim at reception, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm welcome, professionalism and availability really made a difference. They always took the time to listen to us and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
I would also like to give a special mention to Daniel from the cafeteria, who was always welcoming, smiling and professional. It is these small daily interactions and kind gestures that make you feel at home when you are staying somewhere for several days.
We would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping and cleaning team. They did an excellent job throughout our stay. The cleanliness and care given to the rooms and common areas were greatly appreciated. Their work is sometimes less visible to guests, but it is absolutely essential to the quality of a hotel stay, and we wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve.
Unfortunately, during our stay, we had to deal with an unexpected family health issue, which was a stressful and difficult moment for us. The hotel staff showed us a great deal of understanding, empathy and humanity.
They listened to our concerns, were supportive and did their best to help us during that situation. When you are away from home with your family and something like this happens, having people around you who genuinely listen, care and try to help means a great deal. We will not forget the kindness, understanding and consideration they showed our family during that difficult moment.
We also really enjoyed the food and the quality of the buffets.
The breakfast buffet is very complete and varied, with plenty of choices for both adults and children. There are many different options available, making it easy for everyone in the family to find something they enjoy. It was always a very pleasant way to start the day.
The same applies to the evening dinner buffet, which offers a good selection and variety of dishes. When staying for several days, especially with children, having enough choice and variety is very important, and we were very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner.
Beyond the facilities, the food and the location, what we will remember most about this hotel is really the human side of our experience.
A hotel can have beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms and good food, but what truly makes a stay memorable is the people working there. Here, we found a team that knows how to welcome guests with warmth, respect, professionalism and genuine kindness.
We stayed here as a family and felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, someone was there to help us, always with a positive attitude.
So once again, our sincere thanks to Fares, Nazim, Daniel, the housekeeping and cleaning team, and all the other members of staff who contributed to making our stay so enjoyable.
