"Just got back from a 10 day stay here and we are super impressed.
We had such a lovely time in this hotel, it's small but it does exactly what you need if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Sharm.
Before going we'd read a lot of negative reviews about the air conditioning but they must have spend money on updating it all because we didn't have a single issue with the air conditioning and were very grateful for it in the 40 degree heat.
What makes this hotel such a lovely place to stay is 100% the staff. Every single one of them is so friendly and happy to interact and will go out of their way to assist you with whatever you need, but I'd like to name a few who really made our holiday worthwhile.
Ahmed in the restaurant - everyday he greeted us with a smile, asking us how we were in Arabic as I'd mentioned I was learning little bits and then proceeded to ask what we wanted to drink, even telling us to sit back down if he found us getting up to get our own drinks. He was so patient and gentle and has such a lovely calm vibe about him, he seemed genuinely please to see us everyday.
Mimmo on the entertainment team - Mimmo is such a big ball of energy and really knows how to brighten your day. We didn't necessarily join in with the activities as we wanted more of a chill holiday vibe, but he would still take the time to sit and chat with us, laughing and joking and also telling us bits and bobs about his life. Whenever Mimmo was running an activity so much more people got involved because of the joyous energy he brought to everything he does.
Rose in the beauty salon - from day one when Rose came to say hi and ask if we were interested in any beauty treatments we instantly felt like she genuinely wanted us to have a good time and wasn't just there to sell us something. We did in fact have some beauty treatments which of course were provided with an exceptional service, but outside of that Rose always had a smile for us, would ask us how we were, taught me little bits of Arabic and offered advice when we became unwell during our stay. She has such a lovely smile and seems to really care.
Ahmed, Ali and Mahmoud by the pool - The lifeguard team by the pool were so friendly and helpful, giving us fresh towels every day, helping us to find sunbeds in prime locations (mainly the shade from the very hot July sun) whilst still keeping everyone safe while swimming. We were worried about the sunbed situations when arriving as we'd read on reviews they were hard to come by but if you ask these guys for help, they do everything they can to get you comfortable.
Tony the excursion guy - Tony quickly became our friend from the first day. I've been to Egypt multiple times but this was my first time without my mum who is normally the boss and sorts everything out so naturally there were a few things I was unsure about or had questions about, Tony was always happy to help in anyway he could and we felt he genuinely looked out for us and cared about not only our enjoyment of the holiday but also our wellbeing. He has such a calming, friendly presence about him and will gladly help you with anything you need. We bought a boat trip excursion from him to ras Mohammed and the white island at a very reasonable price and at no point was he pushy or did we feel pressured in anyway to buy from him. In fact after this when he had nothing left to sell us he still spent time with us everyday asking how we were, talking to us about his life in Egypt, teaching us bits of arabic, talking about Egyptian traditions and wildlife and he fast became like a friend to us.
The hotel is well kept and the grounds teams and housekeeping teams work so hard to make it look beautiful. It's in a fantastic location with just a 15 minute walk away from the main strip of Naama bay and even the little shop on site was relatively decent priced.
Overall, we had such a lovely stay here and are already looking at booking a trip back here next year!"
