Brown Beach House hotel & spa

"This hotel is located just a 10 minute walk to Old Trogir, where there are lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. The problem is that much of the sidewalk is missing and one must walk through unkempt and poorly lit sections of gravel and broken glass. The hotel itself is mostly very nice. the pool and outdoor dining area are beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed swimming and having breakfast overlooking the sea. Breakfast was very good. The main dish is cooked to order, and there’s an ample buffet of breads, fresh fruit, and other accompaniments. Our guest room was large and comfortable. However, the bathroom had the worst lighting. No light at all near the mirror, making it difficult to shave, apply makeup, or dry hair. There was also no counter space, since the sink took up the entire counter. It looks like there was a small shelf above the sink, but it was missing. A bit of maintenance is needed here. And definitely better lighting."

"Incredible experience. Check in staff were warm and helpful. I was early but they gave me lots of options of amenities to enjoy while I was waiting for my room. The restaurant service was impeccable and pool was wonderful! Room was very well sized and clean. Highly recommend this hotel if you want access to pool and beach while in Trogir and want to be out of the hustle and bustle of old town."

"Very good hotel. Clearly profiled as "high class" with a welcome drink and our own liaison/contact person we could contact in case of questions. Good breakfast, bar and kitchen, as well as clean, nice, and very service-friendly staff in all respects. Quiet atmosphere a little outside the busiest streets of Trogir. The hotel also had a limited number of parking spaces available, so it was probably wise to arrive early if arriving by car since alternative parking along the road below the hotel was mostly and constantly full while we were staying there. The hotel also has a spa, but this was not used, so I cannot judge this."
