"Firstly, reviews can tell a story, or in some cases, people will fabricate and exaggerate out of resentment for petulant reasons. 1) Apparent noise from construction. This has been well documented, and amid out initial fears, what noise ? The so called noise in the distance, is no different to than listening to a speed boat in the sea. It's distant, it doesnt effect sleep or give headaches, ridiculous accusations. 2) Staff being rude and ignorant, Managers not acknowledging guests ? Really ? Without being nasty, the hotel relations lady spose to us every single day, and to be honest, the wife loves a chat and she spent on average at the least 5 minutes with us, where I am a little more reserved ( maybe a miserable old git ) always engaged with her. There was no evidence of eye rolling staff or staff taking back handers to reserve pool beds which were always available, good lord some people. 3) Folk moaning about the specific location being more than 2km away from the centre of town, do your research if this bothers you so much, ok, 5km away from a specific location but Protaras is a big area so between 2-5km is about right, if not less. Like I said, constructive critisism helps a lot of people, but some things said which are not true ( one critisising the food ), is absolutely amazing. But to suggest noise issues like you have a kango drilling 5 feet away where the noise is so distant, I think in these instances some folk will never be pleased."

"Amazing experience. Very clean rooms, very good service. Kind and helpful staff. The location is ideal for families and for everyone. The atmosphere was exceptional, huge thanks to the entertainment team. The value was acceptable, like at a normal europian hotel. We got a front room but there was no noise. The amenities were really good. In conclusion unbelievable and crazy nice hotel!"
