"From the moment we arrived at this beautiful brand-new 5-star hotel, we knew we were somewhere very special. As we were currently the only guests in the hotel, the experience felt incredibly exclusive — like having our own private luxury oasis in the heart of Ayia Napa.
We were welcomed into the car park personally by name and guided on where to park, which immediately set the tone for the outstanding level of service we would receive throughout our stay. The receptionist greeted us warmly at the door and kindly took our luggage into reception. While check-in was being completed, we were served a refreshing welcome drink which was absolutely perfect after travelling.
Once check-in was finished, we were personally shown to our room — and wow, what a room! The attention to detail was exceptional, with every facility and comfort thoughtfully provided. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, while the bathroom itself was a wonderful surprise. We were celebrating a special occasion and the surprise prepared in our room was simply out of this world.
Later, we headed to the sunbeds and once again received truly attentive service. We were personally shown to our beds, drinks were delivered directly to us, and the staff looked after us throughout the entire day with genuine care and professionalism.
The evening meal was another highlight of our stay. Our table was beautifully prepared, and honestly, the food was some of the best we have ever eaten. The chicken dish was unbelievably tasty, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Then came dessert — and although I would normally always choose chocolate, the Lemon Meringue completely blew me away. The lemon flavour was perfectly tangy and incredibly fresh.
Breakfast the following morning was equally outstanding. We were first served a bakery basket containing fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, and apple pastries, and honestly they were to die for — fresh, warm, buttery, and better than any we have ever tasted. After this came a full English breakfast which again was served piping hot and beautifully fresh. The scrambled eggs were absolutely perfect and the presentation was simply stunning. We then finished with fruit and yoghurt, which was plentiful, incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour.
Although the hotel is newly built and there are still a few unfinished areas, this did not distract from our experience in any way. In fact, once everything is complete, it will only add even more to what is already an incredible destination.
This hotel is truly tranquil, with a stunning pool area and beautiful gardens that feel like a tropical rainforest. The pool itself is not just a standard hotel pool — it is a large L-shaped pool that wraps around the hotel, creating an incredibly spacious and luxurious atmosphere. Combined with the extensive gardens, comfortable sunbeds, and soft relaxing music playing gently throughout the day, it creates the perfect environment to completely switch off and unwind. You arrive in this peaceful oasis and instantly relax. With this level of service, décor, and hospitality, you genuinely could be anywhere in the world.
The spa also looked amazing, offering plenty of treatments for anyone wishing to indulge, all at very reasonable prices.
Check-out was just as impressive as the rest of our stay, with staff kindly helping us with our luggage back to the car and giving us such a warm farewell.
A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so unforgettable — especially Sotiros and Elina for their impeccable service, and Dimitris, the chef, whose food is seriously beyond Michelin-star standard. Unfortunately, we cannot remember the names of the two receptionists, but their professionalism and kindness were equally exceptional.
We arrived as guests and are leaving feeling like family. We will absolutely be returning to our secret oasis of peace and tranquillity in Ayia Napa."
