"The hotel is very good, pleasant, and with good infrastructure. The all-inclusive option is very good, with good replenishment, food, and variety. We didn't book the all-inclusive option when we made the reservation, but decided to book it at check-in, and everything was fine. The hotel has direct access to the beach and a nearby bar. The pools and sea are beautiful, although the water is cold; take advantage of a sunny day to enjoy the pool and sea. The only negative point is the mood of the hotel staff and service providers; with the exception of the lady at the pool bar, the rest are all very rude and grumpy. I don't know if it's a cultural issue in the country, but the lack of cordiality and care in the service was unpleasant."

"I stayed here for a week with my husband and four year old and had a fabulous holiday. The resort is luxurious, large apartment and huge shower, immaculately clean at all times including accomodation and even the toilets by the beach. The beach is lovely, sandy and convenient. Rock shoes were useful but you can cope without. The food was absolutely excellent. We are big foodies and found the buffet super fresh with lots of variety, the dishes are small and so refreshed often so never felt like it had been sitting out, like you get sometimes in big hotels. Good options for fussy kids as well. The beach BBQ was a real highlight. One of my favourite things was the kids shallow pool; it had seats in it so if you have a small child that won’t let you sunbathe you can sit and drink a cocktail on the pool chairs while they swim around your feet… inspired! Staff were mostly friendly, although this was a bit hit and miss on reception. A few negatives were you had to be out very early to get a sunbed, you only get one bottle of wine on arrival and the mini bar is not restocked. With a small child we couldn't go to the bar or restaurants late so I really wanted to sit on the balcony in the evening with a drink instead, but had to buy it from the shop or pay for room service. This felt a little stingy. My only other negative is the pools are absolutely ARCTIC temperatures! The sea is somehow warmer. I assume this is because they are constantly filtered and I appreciated that they were always clean, but even the children thought it was cold so if you want to swim with the kids beware. Same with the water park, great but freezing. The kids disco was fun but in a conference centre type hall and would have been a much nicer atmosphere outside, the kids did seem to love it though. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider going back."
