"Very positive experience. As per previous reviews, the hotel is clean and well looked after, all of the staff are friendly and hard working. Stefano from the animation team is such a lovely guy and really made our holiday, involving us in poolside activities in such a charismatic manner, making a point of remembering names and engaging with us, he is a credit to the company. Food was good and plentiful, really cannot complain at all. Unsure how things will be come the change from AI and to adults only, but on face value, this place is one to visit, good vibes all round."

"The first thing that needs to be said is that this is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to! Large rooms cleaned daily, towels changed and cleaners singing while working :-) Pool tested every evening and pool area polished every morning! The sun beds are most definitely too close together but are plentiful and it wasn’t too busy for this time of year so this wasn’t an issue for us. Our flight arrived in late on day one so we had missed dinner time however restaurant was reopened at 10pm with some food for late travellers which was a lovely surprise. All staff were so lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming! A special mention has to go to Stefano who honestly made our holiday!! He is animation and probably one of the most positive, friendly and fun people I have ever met. He truly wanted everyone to enjoy their holidays and made an effort to learn names and get everyone involved without being pushy. Nobody was excluded and he works sooo bloody hard! Even when you’re not joining in the daily games he is a joy to watch and to listen to. But do yourself a favour and get involved, you’ll find yourself smiling very quickly! Short walk to lovely beaches and shopping. Music square was brilliant and taxis are only €5 from hotel to centre if you don't fancy the walk."

"Just back from a week here. Our first time in Feurtaventura. The hotel is beautiful, big, bright rooms, lovely balcony. Unfortunately Bed very hard and didnt sleep great because of this. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Resident cat is so cute and loves to lounge on the sofa at reception. Friendly entertainment staff. Entertainment on every night in the bar area. NOTE all inclusive drinks end at 11pm every night. Barman Xavier was really great and very friendly. Big pools and not busy at this time of year. About 20min walk away from main strip but there is a small hyperdino 5 min walk away. Food unfortunately was hit and miss. Breakfast always good. Fresh choice of breads every meal time which was lovely. Lunch and dinner was great some days, not so great others. Sometimes luke warm, so I made use of the microwave. Pizza is amazing! So if nothing else that's guaranteed lol. Would recommend this hotel"
