Lux Lisboa Park

"Air conditioning didn’t work, was told it’s a maintenance issue. Never got fixed. Water didn’t work for two mornings delaying our day trips. Really frustrating. Pool was leaking, tiles chipped and sun bed damaged. Seems like we got there at the end of the season when the hotel was exhausted! Slightly ruined our holiday in Lisbon. Very disappointed!"

"Had a lovely stay. Taya is a gem. We arrived exhausted at 7am after a red eye from the US. While the room wasn’t ready at the time, understandably, she did send us a WhatsApp message to alert us as soon as it was. When you’re so tired and just want a shower, that kind of service is very appreciated. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Also, I liked the glass since it allowed me to see her stroke and help her improve. Would stay here again!"

"This is our second time staying at Lux and, this time, we shared the experience with our kids, friends and family. Our stay was perfect. We were having a private event at the hotel as well and everything was handled in the most professional and attentive way possible. The location of the hotel puts you in proximity to explore the city while offering a little oasis of peace if you want to escape the chaos of the city. The food is amazing and the breakfast options are very broad (the coffee is great!!). The rooms were spacious and the level of cleanliness was very high - not only on the rooms: all of the common areas were *always* very clean. The rooftop area is, in my opinion, the best feature. Valter and Pedro were amazing running the bar and making everyone really feel like they’re the most important people around. Bonus point: Valter makes the best cocktails in the whole world! I also want to mention the staff that was so accommodating to us and the event we were holding. Everyone was so incredibly kind, friendly and understanding. After celebrating our wedding there, Lux has become an official part of our lives."
