"We were in town for a conference at the conference center just across the square, so the location was perfect for that. It was also very convenient for access to many trolly and bus lines and very walkable to the waterfront and shopping. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and it was really great to have dinner included each night, included in the cost of the room. We ate dinner a few of the nights during our stay, it was a buffet with different items each night posted on a menu. The top floor of the dinner room has a great view of the city. Having coffee and tea always in the lobby was great. Our room was pretty small and the bed was a bit of a tight fit, but the bed was comfortable and it served our needs. It's a historic building and has a bit of a dated feel to the spaces. Because it is right in the busy part of town, it was very loud with the window open because of nearby clubs. But all in all it was a great stay thanks to the friendly staff and breakfast. We would definitely stay there again. One note- It's a bit tricky to find at first, the entrance is inside a mall of sorts, across from the theater."

"Incredibly much noise from the street. All night through. Brawling, police sirens, a lot of unrest. Difficult to find peace. Nice staff, good food and nice reception with seating area."

"The highlights: the location, 200 meters from the central train station and meters from the pedestrian shopping area and tourist attractions. Another thing to highlight is the excellent breakfast. The rooms—we stayed 3 nights—do not have air conditioning; one of the nights it was hot and we suffered, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE, you have to do it yourself, and they change your towels at the front desk. The room does not have anywhere to put your suitcase; there are only hangers and no shelves or drawers. Everything stays in the suitcase on the floor. The bathroom only has a handheld shower and not a rainfall showerhead, which makes it difficult for tall people. They offer free coffee at the front desk, but the machine was "out of order" 2 of the 3 days. And a "dinner" service on the 7th floor. The ladies who work there are lovely and very warm. The food is very simple: 4 varieties of salads, soup, and a dish of some kind of stew. It is simple to value; a small soda costs 6 euros. The. Truth be told, I was disappointed by the room and having to clean the room myself."
