"My wife and I stayed at this hotel from April 13-April 16, 2026. We had an Executive Double Room w/Balcony. We could see the sea from the balcony but it is a long way.
The parking was a little challenging but there is a small outdoor parking area above the below deck covered parking. The outdoor parking is first come, first served. It is free so it fill up. There is street parking that is impossible. Come with a tiny car if you're driving. There is underground parking for a fee directly below the outdoor parking deck. We stayed in the outdoor free parking for one night and drove to dinner. The lot was full when we returned. We spoke with the folks at the front desk and they sent us below and said not to worry, there will be no charge. They were very accommodating. Parking and driving in Dubrovnik is challenging to say the least.
We checked in to a wonderful Executive Double Room with a balcony. The room was beautiful. It wasn't big and roomy but it was gorgeous. Very neat, clean, updated, spotless. Couldn't have been happier. The bathroom/shower is great and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the room just never cooled off unless we kept the balcony door open. I still give this an excellent rating. If I had this room in the summer and had to suffer with heat and humidity, I wouldn't rate it as excellent. The balcony was nice just to enjoy the breeze and watch the motorcycles and scooters weave like professional stuntmen through the traffic. There apparently is absolutely no driving laws that these riders care about...Fun to watch but get ready!
Breakfast was exceptional. We ate like a king and queen. Delicious. Eat a big breakfast and then head to Old Town. You won't need to eat until dinner.
Our conceirge (Elma? Alma?) was extremely helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and she instructed us to buy the 3 day bus pass. With this pass (50 euro/person), we got access to walk the Old Town walls (40 euro/person is bought by itself), access to get into multiple sites/museums within the Old Town, and ride the bus anywhere for 3 days. No brainer.
We went to some highly recommended restaurants while in Dubrovnik. We had reservations at the Panorama Restaurant. Look it up, don't miss it. We had some timing issues and questions about driving/etc to the restaurant and went to talk to Elma for assistance. Because there was the threat of rain, wind was going to be bad, etc etc...Elma called them and made sure that if they closed the outside seating area that we would be moved inside next to the windows overlooking the city. When we arrived, sure thing, we had the best table next to the windows overlooking the city. The next day, Elma arranged reservations for us at Bota Sare restaurant. Thank you to Elma. She was great.
I wish I had taken more time to enjoy the health facilities. Look into this immediately. There is a charge for some of it but I didn't really look into all that was available until it was too late. We were focused on Old Town. I did make use of the workout gym. I workout at two gyms in my town. I love them both. Hotel Lero has a GREAT gym. The equipment there is fantastic. Check in, then go see all that the hotel has to offer. Make a plan to use some of it. It's right there. Use it.
Finally, use the bus pass. They can sell it to you at the front desk. The bus picks up about 1 minute away from the door and drops off at the same spot. It takes you right down to Old Town. Picks up at Old town. Can't be more convenient.
If my friends come to Dubrovnik to tour Old Town, I would tell them that they have to stay here. Absolutely!"
