"We come here for about more than 15 times and are always happy to come back! I spent great holidays with my daughters and parents here in Iberotel! The staff is very friendly , everything is perfect, beach, rooms, food ! Special thanks to Karim Fisal for cleaning our rooms- we had two rooms 3303 and 3311 - great rooms and very clean - and Ayman for doing such a good Job on the beach! They always had a smile on their face and were very friendly. Many thanks also to the staff from Bluemarine Restaurant. The food and service was excellent!! It is always like coming home! "This hotel is absolutely outstanding we spent 2 weeks relaxing in the sun surrounded by staff who treated you like family! We booked this hotel after reading reviews like this people who had returned again and again and we witnessed this when we were there. What more of a recommendation do you need when people return to a hotel and get the same treatment as before. For us if you go make sure you visit the blue marine restaurant in the hotels many restaurants the blue marine is run by Mr Muhammad restraint managed who has such a warm welcome and attention to detail which is wonderful the chef produces hight quality food and Mr Muhammad runs a tight ship with his staff meaning the moment your plate or glass is empty before you even think it ..its replaced and replenish. Our other must recommendation is Mr Aziz the captain of the private speed boat to take you to a private coral island where you can spend as long as you like swimming in the coral reef and the experience is not to be missed he will collect you and take you back to the hotel...ah but how much does this cost I hear you ask $10 yup you don't have the hard sell or the demand to do stuff like the hotel it's just sheer relaxation. We thank the hotel and staff for a truly wonderful holiday and we were constantly asked throught our time if everything was OK this hotel are not afraid to ask this question and sort anything that is required to ensure your time with them is nothing but excellent...what are you waiting for push the button and book it you will not regret it 😀"
