We chose this beautiful hotel to celebrate our 5-year anniversary, and it’s a decision we will always hold close to our hearts.
A special thank you goes to the General Manager, Ahmed Nagy, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He personally checked in with us several times via email throughout our visit, which added such a thoughtful and personal touch.
We would also like to thank Mr Maher from the management team, who was warm, professional, and incredibly generous with his time. His recommendations for our trip to Sheraton Road were excellent and greatly appreciated.
The front-of-house team — Omar, Gameel, Seif, and Bessant — made both our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Check-in and check-out were handled quickly and efficiently, and they took the time to explain all the resort’s facilities and complimentary activities, including cooking classes, camel rides, and henna sessions, which added a unique and memorable touch to our stay.
The beach and pool facilities were truly exceptional. Everything was consistently spotless, and the heated pool made swimming enjoyable at any time of day. It was also spacious enough to comfortably swim lengths without interruption, which we really appreciated.
What stood out most was the incredible service from the pool staff, especially Amr and Moumin. They were attentive, proactive, and always ensured guests were comfortable and well hydrated. Moumin, in particular, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond while assisting my wife during a snorkeling session. As someone who isn’t fully confident in open water, she felt completely safe thanks to his patience, support, and guidance. He even accompanied her out to the reef, turning it into a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The beach team — Nasser, Ali, Karim, and Bakry — were another highlight of our stay. They were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They encouraged us to take part in activities like boxing and racket ball, adding a fun and engaging element to our time by the sea. Service was seamless throughout, with fresh towels and preferred sunbeds always readily available. Thanks to their attentiveness and genuine hospitality, we truly felt like VIPs.
The rooms and accommodation were equally impressive and thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The pillow menu was a fantastic touch, especially as I prefer a firmer memory foam option, and it made a noticeable difference to the quality of sleep. Opting for a private pool is absolutely worth it, as it adds an extra level of luxury and seclusion to the experience.
The bathrooms were also exceptional, with powerful showers that were always a pleasure to use. Housekeeping was impeccable, with service provided twice daily. Reffat and Mahmoud consistently ensured our room was spotless, well stocked, and welcoming.
What really stood out were the small, thoughtful touches they added each day, which genuinely made a difference. The in-room Nespresso machine was also a lovely bonus and perfect for a relaxing start to the morning.
One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the food. Every breakfast and mealtime was a genuine pleasure, and the culinary experience exceeded all expectations.
A very special thank you goes to the Head Chef, Pappu, whose talent and attention to detail were exceptional. He consistently went above and beyond to tailor meals to our personal tastes and dietary preferences, always ensuring everything was prepared perfectly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his warm hospitality truly made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.
We were also incredibly fortunate to be looked after by Eyad during meal services. His attentiveness, kindness, and thoughtful nature made every dining experience feel special. He consistently anticipated our needs and always ensured we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
Another special mention goes to Abendoub, who oversees the dining experience at the resort. He leads a truly fantastic team and was always approachable, knowledgeable, and happy to chat with us. His presence and attention to guests played a huge part in making our stay feel so personal and memorable.
We would also like to thank Kamal for the courtesy and professionalism he showed us throughout our meals. We had a few specific dietary requirements during our stay, and he handled everything effortlessly, ensuring every request was noted and accommodated seamlessly.
