"Big mess at check-in, still haven't received the promised receipt by email to this day. Staff gives very snappish answers. Status as a VIP customer in the Radisson program is not correctly recognized and applied at this hotel."

"This hotel has a great location and its staff is very nice and helpful (5 stars to Federico). The rooms are quite spacious, considering Europe’s standard and housekeeping goes every day. The breakfast is abundant and varied. Now, there’s one thing that doesn’t let me rate it 5. We stayed at the 5th floor and there was disgusting smell on the hall, coming from some of the bedrooms. It even reached our room a couple of times. We reported it to the front desk so hope they find a solution."
