B&B Hotel Milano Ornato

"Lovely stay here. The rooms were expectionally clean and had everything you need for a solo city break visit. The breakfast was nice and reasonably priced. There is no evening restaurant on site but there is a freezer cabinet in the lobby where you can buy a ready meal and heat this up in the microwave which is located at the bottom of the ramp. The only slight issue I had was that the shower was slow to drain which meant you ended up standing in a bit of a puddle after a minute or so but this was a small issue. If you fancy snacks at night there a range of snacks in reception as well as a range of drinks and toiletries, charging cables etc. It is very close to a range of nice restaurants and other amenities and you can be in Milan centre within 30 minutes by taking the 42 bus. You can also grab the tram and the metro to get around the area. All very affordable. If you are here to visit the city and want peace and quiet in the evening I would highly reccomend here. Parking is also available if you need it but I did not make use of it. The staff on reception were very helpful and will recommend places you can eat in the local area as well as help with transport queries."

"Me and my partner Vincenzo stayed here for 3nights (14.10.25-17.10.25) and it was amazing the staff were so helpful and lovely especially because we are British we didn’t understand some things but the staff were amazing and helped out as much as they could we really appreciate all the staff but one staff member especially stood out to us and it was the gentleman at the reception who checked us in ( I cannot remember his name) I really hope he sees this….. thank you so much Milan and the hotel for the great experience/hospitality we will definitely be returning back here. The staff deserve a pay rise for their amazing hospitality towards the guests so welcoming and comfortable!! Thank youuuu for the 5 star experience!"

"We booked this hotel as part of an Easyjet package. It was perfectly fine. Spacious room and ensuite. Unfortunately it did at first remind us of a youth hostel as it was extremely sparse and without character. the hotel is quite a way out of the city centre but there are bus and tram stops within a few minutes walk. However, it was clean and functional and we had a nice view over a park/green space. What made the hotel was the staff on reception who were the friendliest we have met. They were so helpful and cheerful all the time. "
