"Our stay at this hotel in Bordeaux was unfortunately quite mediocre. While the location and facilities looked promising, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The breakfast service was particularly disappointing. Although breakfast is advertised as being served until 10:30am, by around 9:30am many items were already running low, and by 10:00am there were no pain au chocolat left at all. More frustratingly, nothing appeared to be replenished after approximately 9:45am. Guests arriving later in the breakfast service were left with whatever leftovers remained, including limited pastries, bacon, and eggs. For a hotel offering breakfast until 10:30am, we expected food to be available and refreshed throughout the advertised service period. The pool area was also much smaller than anticipated, making it difficult to relax when other guests were using it. Finally, reception was often unattended, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but the combination of a very small pool, poorly managed breakfast service, and limited reception availability made the stay feel average rather than enjoyable. I would not rush back."

" Last night, The behaviors of your staff told me the hotel was terrible.Even nobody replied to my complaint email."

"Overall, Jost Bordeaux is a great hotel and hostel in a convenient location close to Gare St Jean with an interesting style of bunk that is great for privacy but a little isolating."
