To request a payment confirmation or VAT invoice, please click on View Bookings. The easiest way is to do this on our app, or you can also manage your booking on our website. In View Bookings you'll be able to select your booking and request a confirmation or invoice under the ‘Payment Details’ section.

Ready to check in? Online check-in is available from 30 days to 2 hours before your flight. The easiest way to check in is via our app, or you can also use our website. Once you check in, you can download your boarding passes by clicking on View Bookings, selecting the booking you'd like to check-in for and following the on-screen steps.

You'll be able to provide your document details from 60 days to 2 hours before your flight. You can do this by clicking on View Bookings, selecting the booking you'd like to add these details for and following the on-screen steps.

If you are an easyJet Plus customer, you can view your membership details by logging in to the easyJet Plus website.

Only bookings made by this account will be displayed under your bookings list. Bookings made by a third party, such as a travel agent or our Customer Services team won’t be shown. To view these bookings, please Sign Out and then enter your Booking Reference and Surname into ‘Find Booking’.

If you travelled with us 3 months ago or longer, these bookings will no longer show on your account.
