"sadly the hotel itself was actually clean and tidy but it’s very old looking and very outdated needs a renovation lighting in bedroom was awful carpets we really dirty and place smells like old and musky we needed to buy a plug in air freshener the staff we always there and answered any questions without hesitation the breakfast was i’d say below average i didn’t like that the cleaner came in and took the best bits handled things and put them back down just thought. the could have just cleaned someone’s toilet with them hands would not stop their again"

"I went here for a school trip, This hotel is atrocious There was mould in the bathroom etc and the beds aren’t attached properly. I was eating dinner here and I stumbled across that my food was rotten! The egg was black! Noise was ok but thin walls are thin so you can hear every word. Say goodbye to privacy. The curtains let light in and it feels like a sauna Hotel staff feel like they are halve asleep."

"A basic, no frills 3* hotel. Positive points - Good value for money, fantastic location right in the centre of town. A genuine 5 mins walking distance to the harbour, restaurants, shops & palm tree lined squares. If you want to be in the town & not have to get a taxi up & down the hill to a 4* hotel, then this is your ideal location. Not so good - It’s in a pedestrianised area & buses/taxis etc. can’t take you too from the hotel. The airport transfers will drop you about 400/500 meters from the hotel & you will have to wheel/carry your cases up/down steps to reach the hotel. It’s also next to a school which can be noisy week day day times. Along with the school, the near by church bell chimes every 15 mins so not the most silent of places. Rooms are basic with tired decor, there is no air con but they do provide a floor standing fan. They do not have safes in the rooms but you can hire a safe deposit box located in the wall opposite reception quite cheaply. The roof terrace with pool does not have a bar (at least not when we were there) & the pool is little more than a plunge pool, not really big enough for swimming. I have made this hotel sound far worse than it is. If you want a budget friendly hotel in a great location then this would be ideal. We would stay again mainly due to the location."
