"Staff were really friendly and helpful hotel was really nice and clean great location pool and facilities were really good and plenty of beds overall we were pleasantly surprised by our stay and will return again in the future this hotel was good value for money I will consider their sister hotels in other destinations in future"

"When we arrived, our hotel room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We complained at reception and asked for another room, but were told none were available. They said someone would come to check, yet even after returning to reception an hour later, nobody ever came. Thankfully, over time we got used to the smell, and it faded after a few days. The room itself was tidy but not very clean. Within a few minutes of walking around, my feet were black from the floors, and there was dust everywhere. Although cleaners came daily, they never dusted surfaces or properly cleaned the floors. Even when my partner cut her toe and there was blood on the floor, it was never cleaned. The food was generally good, with plenty of choice, though quite basic. However, the pool area was frustrating. The lifeguard began packing up sunbeds around 2pm, even though the pool stayed open until 7pm. The music also stopped around 3–4pm, which made it feel like guests were being encouraged to leave instead of relax. Overall, the atmosphere was not very welcoming, and many facilities felt below standard. The shower often ran cold, the air conditioning and fan in the room made irritating noises, and the lifts were both slow and uncomfortably humid. The outdoor seating area smelled strongly of smoke, and bar prices were very high compared to local supermarkets and pubs. In short, while the food was decent, the lack of cleanliness, unwelcoming vibe, and basic facilities left us disappointed."

"Arrived in the evening never had any towels in room told reception never got them to the next day.cleaners were lazy. Hotel very dated. Had black cockroachs in room horrible"
