Grand Hotel Da Vinci

"We visited the hotel in September 2025, the room was beautiful in Versace design, excellent cuisine. What I disliked is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot, in the heat with carports or an underground garage. They only have a parking area behind the hotel whose surface is made of white gravel, so it gets incredibly dusty the cars have white tires and the suitcase wheels are messy. If you were to expect some livery at a five-star hotel to help you with your luggage, then by no means. You have to go through the back entrance like a thief and carry everything yourself. The biggest disappointment for us was when the hotel manager told us at lunch that he no longer had the current room for us for the last night and offered us their subsidiary hotel in a city 15 km away as a replacement without the slightest compensation. This is what happened to my colleagues from the other 3 rooms, when some of them, who were on a trip during the day, had their things packed into suitcases, left them at the reception and basically thrown out of the hotel room. They then came to their room unsuspectingly and there were complete strangers there. I will not return to this hotel. They do not respect their clients. It is a disgrace."
