"My wife and I stayed here for a few days. The room was very nice itself, however dirty. There were plenty of flies and ants the entirety of the trip there. The room service would only come to take half the trash out and once left it for 2 days after being asked to remove it. We left a pizza box outside for service after it was not cleaned the first day. We assumed they would see it and take it. Instead, they took a few different other items and it sat there for 2 days. There was also what seemed to be melted or undried paint in some areas near the indoor pool which was also unappealing. The water for the shower was also cold. The area is located near downtown with a lot of good places to eat and good scenery. The food at the hotel was not good and it seemed people would have an attitude when dropping it off. We also noticed black mold on the ceiling. We were upset by constantly cleaning the bugs up, lack of cleaning by the staff, they booked a taxi for us to the airport which arrived late and the internet is very poor. Overall it is a nice room but dirty with very very poor service."

"We stayed in the junior suite and it was amazing! We went during off season and got 20% off spa experiences which was a nice honey moon perk! The only downside is the stairs to the room will humble you!! But so worth it for the room which is beautiful, clean, romantic, with excellent views of the caldera. The breakfast is free and phenomenal. You won’t regret having breakfast in your room for 15 euros with the amount of food you get and how good it is! We loved Dana villas and would recommend it/ stay here again!"

"Unfortunately had a really bad experience. Booked the Cave Pool Package for my wedding and had numerous issues. There’s no WiFi in the cave pool room, you need to sit on the balcony to get signal. There’s black mould on the ceiling at the entrance of the cave pool which staff insist is normal but won’t clean it daily. As part of the cave pool package we were meant to have breakfast in our room and the room decorated on the wedding night. They insisted we have breakfast at the bottom of the stairs at Orkos, and when we insisted we wanted it in our room they reluctantly said they will do it complimentary after our wedding night - it’s not complimentary we paid for it. The room was not decorated on the wedding night, they had multiple contradictory excuses why it was not done: they had supplier issues, they don’t normally do decorations on the wedding night (despite the contract explicitly saying it’s included ON THE WEDDING NIGHT), they felt we might be too tired so decided we shouldn’t have decoration on the wedding night but didn’t communicate this to us. The organisation is bad. They request you email in your feedback but they don’t care once they have been paid. The wedding food we paid €1800 I have attached photos, it was salty, cold, and badly presented. Once we complained they tried to cram in services to tick box them as done. Whilst trying to explain the issues to staff, we received the response “although there have been many mistakes you’ll still get what’s in the contract”. There were too many mistakes to ignore. I hate leaving reviews like this but for the amount of money we spent and the poor experience we had - I cannot let another couple go through the same disappointment and heartbreak I did."
