"Went as a family of four (children 11 and 13) for our first all inclusive experience and have to say we did love it. We arrived late and was woken quite early by the maids but learnt to use our do not disturb sign on the door handle. There was a small fridge in our room with a couple of beers, sandwiches and bottled water. The water was replenished throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The hotel is very large, but is spotless. All of the staff are so friendly including the maids and all welcome you with Kalimera in the mornings. All of the staff clearly work so hard to keep this place running smoothly. Drinks quality was not great but OK. Plenty of different bars and areas to get different food and drinks throughout the day. There were doughnuts and waffles available throughout the day which were a particular hit. With regards to breakfast and dinner- The main restaurant was busy. There was plenty of space so not really any queues. The pizza bar was a hit with my kids, but there was plenty to choose from and lots of variety. My only criticism was that it was hard to find the greek food. It would have been nice to have a greek food area. The staff was so quick to clear tables. At dinner we were offered drinks when we sat and at breakfast a jug of coffee. It was a nice calm experience despite being a buffet. The waterslides were a nice extra. They are not that big, but big enough for the kids to be occupied for a while. We went in October where there were still plenty of people around which made for a good atmosphere. The pool sunbeds were taken often, but you could get one if you went early enough after breakfast. There were plenty of sunbeds around the site including on the beach where there was a little caravan serving drinks as well. The entertainment was fine in the evenings and didn't go on for too long. Daytime there was waterpolo and beach volley ball, aqua aerobics and yoga. On the jetty on the beach there are regular boat trips that stop for Lindos and also Rhodes Town. I would recommend going to both of them. We also went to the waterpark across the road. It is up a long hill, but was a great day out. We were there from start to closing. It was not too busy and not many queues."

"We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was spotlessly clean and it is clear how hard the staff work to maintain this. The food was delicious with so many amazing choices. We loved the beach, the bar, the room, the pool table, the gym, the entertainment, the tennis courts, the easy access to shops and so much more. We had a problem with our room but spoke to the reception team the first morning and they moved us to a new room quickly, kindly and efficiently. We were impressed with the response to our issue. The beach is so close and clean, with many sun loungers. There were also kayaks and pedalos to use, included in the stay. The sea was suitable for snorkelling. I would recommended beach shoes as it is stony to walk into the water. The honey doughnuts in the bar are also delicious! A brilliant family-focused hotel and holiday."
