Pine Bay Holiday Resort

"Last night here at pine bay resort first 2 nights great staff couldnt be more friendly and helpfull but after 2 nights it became apparent u have to set ur own food tables go and get ur own cutterly and drinks cleaners dont clean rooms as stated mini bars do not get refilled so u have to complain to get the staff to do anything pretty much same food nightly they like to close main food areas early we went to book the alicarte meal to be told weve stopped doing that even tho when we arrived we were told book it the night before u want to do it the pools are lovely waterpark good but main slide wasnt open once our whole stay aswell as the lovely elavator to the beach entertainment isnt great alot ofit in a hall where the bar lady doesnt know how to make drinks or get orders right plus that bar is empty all the time so not alot of drinks the alcohol is next to nothing here dont expect the same as elsewhere where u have many choices here you dont also Do not fall for there all inclusive plus it doesnt exist at all everyone is all inclusive no wrist bands to state other seems as tho come near end of season they will happily take ur money but not follow threw with what u pay for overall its a nice place just staff really let it down by not doing what there paid for would i recommend illd say dont come near end of season as ur wasting ur money and time most likely alot better in season"

"We’ve just returned from a 12 day stay here with our 3 kids. We stayed in a family club room (901) & had the perfect location in our opinion! Not too high up to climb but in the middle of all amenities without excessive noise or hindrance, our moans about the room would be the bed comfort (lacking!) & the heat.. their is NO air con, just a unit that blows luke warm air into each room. I couldn’t have survived in peak summer! We found the location beautiful, albeit very hilly! Though felt better with our all inclusive intake getting our steps in daily! We found the bar drinks a little hit & miss depending on bar or staff member & the cocktail menus aren’t very extensive, yet you can request different drinks - I loved the cherry cocktails! The food was lovely, plenty of variety, though we wish there was more pizza options! I know us British are often mocked for overuse of manners etc, however, would prefer this than the ignorance of some of the other guests at meal times, it was like the hunger games with lack of queues, snatching & barging! We braced ourselves for combat each evening haha! We enjoyed the evening entertainment, however, found ourselves waiting around sometimes after our evening meal for it to start (21.15-21.30) as I think the kids mini disco earlier is in a different location. My Husband & our two boys (10 & 11) loved the spa, they had a Turkish bath followed by massage, the spa prices can definitely be negotiated, especially if paying cash. Overall an enjoyable stay."

"Food caters for Russian, German and Polish really difficult to find a meal at lunch and dinner. Room Really poor Dirty air con not working resulting in the room being uncomfortable to sleep. Drinks Not branded very poor very little choice On the whole returned after 15 years and thought would have improved, no it’s worse very run down. Seen children struggling to find food although not very many English here. Never again"
