"A&AB , Without exception We would like to Gratefully thank again all the staff that make this hotel.From the point of check in , Partizia and Ina are on top of their game nothing is a problem .Gustavo head of catering looked after my wifes allergies , gluten , lactose , fish and most importantly , no cross contamination , with the help of a team of people including Lorenzo, Manuel also the chef that prepares the eggs in a morning and the other Gustavo from the kitchen , without these fantastic smiling gentleman its not posssible for my wife to holiday , what a polished team.Poolside bar and entertainment area and sometimes waiting on , Jose Angel ,Marco , Rasputin (Aimat) ,Ione , Sebastion , Jacobo Alouso ,Vladimir , Merella , Zara, Naima , Wendy always on the ball, glasses cleared , tables wiped , and seats put back exactly , lifeguard and maintenance of the pool area all work so hard and speak to everybody . Rooftop private sunbathing area , constantly checked , water cooler , cups , jacuzzi temp and clean and toilets , what a beautiful maintained area so much so that we are beach lovers , but only used the beach twice , what an asset to the hotel facilities. On that note LENNI the one man powerhouse of an entertainer was sadly missed on this visit ,hope you are well my friend see you next visit. We are really sorry but those staff that we dont know the names of , Thanks. All the back of house, maid service and maintenance , fantastic job as usual.Last but not least The Director Leonardo sharp and silent eye everywhere and if you revisit he never forgets and personlly checks you are still happy.I SAID ON THE LAST REVIEW ANYBODY CAN PICK FAULT AT ANY HOTEL , BUT THE STAFF HERE FROM THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP WORK HARD AND ALWAYS SMILE , WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR THAN WELL TRAINED , SO IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE , THAT MAKES YOUR HOLIDAY. "Thanks agin all , it was a very relaxing holiday ". Sorry I nearly forgot , reviews on this site about illness through food , are not correct , We have holidayed here many times , and illness is caused by bad poor basic personal hygeine wash your hands folks after using toilets etc and you won't make other people ill and use anti back , stop spreading it , do not blame the hotel."

"Friendly staff and some nice areas in the hotel . Position beautiful and easy walks. Cons Areas not clean around the pool and bar area. Barman not supported, and glasses left everywhere. The dining is very similar food every day with often not enough glasses or cups even first thing in the morning . Food not hot enough ."
