Caldera Beach

"We have just returned from a week's stay at Caldera Beach. This hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. We came here as a family of five, two adults and three children. We stayed in a one bedroom maisonnette which was clean and modern with a lovely balcony and sea view. This hotel has quite a big waterpark with lots of slides and a snack bar. The slides were great fun, although I do feel that they were quite dangerous as all members of our family attained bruises and bangs. There were indoor and outdoor pools that were lovely, but extremely cold. I understand that we visited in October, but if the pools were slightly heated it would make a huge difference in being able to play and swim comfortably. There was a small gym that we used a few times and was enjoyed by all. There was entertainment for two nights of our 7 night stay which was quite disappointing. The entertainment we had was great, but unfortunately there was nothing on for the other 5 nights. We found this to be really disappointing as did lots of other guests whom were just playing cards as there was nothing else to do. I understand that the hotel was getting ready to close for the end of the season but we paid for entertainment to be included in our package so this really was a disappointment. The restaurant - what can I say - 5*. Please can you show our appreciation to the wonderful chefs who do an amazing job at every meal time. The food was the best I have ever tasted! The choice and the taste of different dishes was outstanding. The waiters and waitresses did an amazing job also at clearing away tables and their pleasant attitude. We loved to practice our Greek on all staff, they were very kind to us and spoke greek back to us which we all loved very much. Yamas! Efcharistō"

"Stayed 6th-24th October. Was a really lovely all inclusive. Was lovely suprise there was still evening entertainment on by pool. Magician was so funny! We stayed the beach side and it was quiet, with short walk to main pool and beach. Water park was small but perfect to keep eye on the children. Dont normally want to go somewhere twice but I think ive been persuaded 'mango no vodka please!' It was truly beautiful the hotel and the grounds where we'll kept was best all inclusive ive ever stayed in ❤️"

"A fabulous hotel with excellent facilities but not quite 4 star. Our room was a bit dated but clean. A late booking for a quiet break and that it exactly what we got. The best (all inclusive) food we have come across in Greece, a truly amazing selection at every mealtime. Sunbeds were always available any time of the day. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Would highly recommend."
