"Our stay at the LilyAnn did not disappoint this year either! This lovely, clean, small (<40 rooms) hotel offers a great beach with free sunbeds and beach towels for hotel guests. The food is varied for both breakfast and dinner (I recommend half board), including delicious Greek dishes. A couple of nights a week, there is entertainment. The beach bar is a fantastic spot for lunch, a pre-dinner drink, or just to sit and enjoy the sea views with a cold beer or a Greek coffee. The staff is friendly, the beach is clean, and the sea is great and safe for swimming. I recommend having a car for exploring the area. Booking a room with a sea view is highly suggested as it is truly wonderful. I would recommend this hotel if you like a quiet and tranquil location for your break."

"A nightmare masked as a boutique hotel — avoid at all costs I booked two Seaside View rooms and paid in full before check-in, only to be told after payment that those rooms were not available. One room had a partial view with multiple defects, and the second was nothing short of a disaster: dirty, moldy, filled with dust and ants, and facing a fence — not a garden, as they falsely claimed. Both rooms were filthy, the bathrooms neglected, and breakfast was a sad joke: no fresh fruit, poor variety, and cats (and their fur) everywhere. Staff were dismissive, sarcastic, and unhelpful. Cleaning personnel walked into our rooms without knocking. The advertised EV charging station? Not working, despite their last-minute lies. The worst part? They charged the wrong card, causing me to lose €130 in fees, ignored multiple polite requests to correct it, then forced me to accept a €120 refund at checkout or be denied departure. I have video proof of this moment. To top it all off, they asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation so they could avoid paying commission — a blatant violation of policy. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a calculated act of deceit. I hope Booking.com takes action and removes this hotel from the platform. Until then: stay away."

"This was our 4th time staying at an Acrotel property, and once again, we had a really enjoyable experience , this time at Acrotel Lily Ann Boutique Hotel in Nikiti. The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to a private beach that’s clean, quiet, and perfect for families. One of the things that keeps us coming back is the hospitality. A special mention to Nafsika at the front office, always helpful, professional, and incredibly guest-oriented. She was a real pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. At the restaurant, Vanessa and Konstantina were so warm and friendly. They always greeted us and our kids with big smiles and made every meal feel relaxed and pleasant. Christos, the service supervisor, was also fantastic—professional, kind, and clearly leading the team with care. The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful. However, cleaning in some public areas could be improved, and the breakfast menu felt a bit limited, especially in terms of non-pork meat options. That said, we’d definitely recommend this hotel for families; great beach, lovely staff, and a calm setting. We’d also like to congratulate the hotel manager for putting together and leading such a genuinely strong and welcoming team. It’s the people that make a difference, and your team certainly does! Looking forward to coming back again."
