"My wife and I stayed in Ascot Hotel August 18-20 ..Our first night we stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, where the wifi signal wasn't very strong , and the balcony was not able to be used as very dirty with pigeon poop.. I asked front desk Mr Bryam if we can move rooms... WOW. This guy is the best, he move us to another room which I can only say is probably the best hotel room I ever stayed in, amazing.... Thank You so much Mr Bryam you really made my wife and myself so happy and it made our trip perfect. Josephines Bar is excellent and the bar staff so much fun, and they can make fabulous cocktails... Thank You MR Bryam and all bar staff at Ascot... We will return again. Colombo & Maria xoxox"

"This hotel has to be one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Rooms were approximately $350 a night and there is a club across from the hotel that blast music from 7 to 9 that you cannot even talk on the telephone in your room… Expedia upgraded my stay here because of my platinum status. What a joke.!! they gave me the room right in front of this club that rattled the windows… when I complain to the hotel they said that they had an arrangement that they would only do it from 7 to 9. It was loud enough that I wanted to call the police to report it, but I did not waste my time. I arrive the day after my reservation because my flight was in at 12 o’clock and they offered no compensation for not using the room the entire day .. I did not ask for room service to change sheets towels for three days and on the last day, I went to Sweden and left the note on the door to please service my room. When I came back, there was no clean sheets no clean towels and no toilet paper.. I went immediately to the reception and he said that he would take care of it… I waited 30 minutes at the bar went to my room and it was in the same condition so I went back down to reception and ask him why he did not take care of it and he said that he would be right up… so he brought the sheets in the towels, and I helped him make my bed because there was no cleaning staff available. When I left that morning, they were next-door cleaning the room next to mine so I assumed that they would also clean my room.. there are no restaurants at the hotel and there are no other options that are nearby. The air conditioning did not work in the room and it was extremely hot…. I would avoid this hotel like the bubonic plague."
