"We had a fabulous time in the hotel, im so grateful to all hotel members for the well done job!! Reception team welcome us with fast, professional and warm check in and with cold prosecco))) We stayed in clean, modern 6226 room with a partial sea view, our cleaner was carrying well about us. The bar's and main restaurant waiters made their work professionally. The pool was clean and with enough free sunbeds daily. Animation team and evening entertainment programm were amazing!!! Guest relation service is also was helpful. Great service and tasty dinner we received in Asian a la carte restaurant, highly recommended. Definitely will advise your property for our friends, keep the same level, appreciation to all hotel team, well done!"

"Not a bad hotel, but we just didn’t feel it was for us. Booked on the Trip advisor rating, which in my opinion isn’t right at all. As most of the reviews suggest the rooms need refurbishment, there are very few sockets available, so I would advise taking a 4 way socket. The biggest issue we had was getting into our room. This was reported 3/4 times before anyone bothered to come out, it was only because we had adjoining room with our daughter we managed to get in most days. The food I thought was good quality, but the dining room was carnage most visits. The staff were good, but seemed to favour the other nationalities in our opinion. While we were there we only met 1 other British guest. We all agreed we would not return to this hotel, which is a shame as we have stayed at many in Egypt and would return to them all."
