"We have returned from our second holiday, to Cleopatra Luxury Resort. A truly phenomenal time was had, which was even better than our initial holiday in 2024! What makes holidays at Cleopatra so special are the friendships between staff and guests! The chats, laughter and banter alongside the hospitality are second to none! This year, some staff who were more reserved the previous year, conversed with us and we also got to know other staff members even better. A shout out to the whole Cleopatra team across the Resort, all work extremely hard and exceptionally well together. However, we would like to offer a more personal thank you, to the following individuals and services: * Mohamed - for his excellent daily house keeping. * Maintenance Dept - Tamer. It was lovely meeting and chatting with you. * Reception & Guest Services - Rahma Magdy, Alyona and Liis for your approachability, professionalism, assistance and not forgetting our chats! * Ahmed and Mohamed (gym). * Beshoy (onsite shop) for the chats and for our holiday essentials. * Life Guards - Ibrahim (have a good holiday), Omar (good to see you again), Ezzat and Tariq. * Pool Bar - Samed, Ahmed and Mohamed Naser - thank you for making me feel so welcome and for the delicious drinks! * Lobby Bar & Peri Peri Bar- George, Hosny, Mahmoud (lovely jubbly), Ahmed, lovely Maha, Ahmed for also for teaching us Arabic, Ahmed (Peri Peri Bar). We really enjoyed talking to you all and all the laughs. * Beach Waiters - El Sayed and Mousfara -for your smiles and pleasantries * The Market Restaurant - A big thank you to all the staff! Abd Elazim Reda and Ahmed (thank you for our delicious big cups of milky tea and coffee, which were much appreciated), Shams, Salah (very good to see you again, our dear friend), Mohamed Ehab, EID, Abdel Aziz (thank you for your 'assistance' when we played cards). Mohamed and El Sayed. A shout out also to the chef team, including Eslam (forever associated with mangos) and Osama for the delicious duck dish. * Restaurants: Grill Beach Bar, Fellini & The Red Sea Day Wharf - Many thanks to Medhat, Abdo (mera dushmaan!), Abdel Hamed (delicious mojitos), Thomas, Salah, Husseiny and Mouhamed (cleaner at the Grill Bar). Reda (we have enjoyed getting to know you more on this visit , our friend), Samah and Walid - we really appreciate you both accommodating our requests and also for looking out for us. * Many thanks, to the Omega Spa Plus team: Nabil, Olga, Nesrine, Youssef Fammy (supervisor) and Abdul Noor. A special shout out to Ali. We have enjoyed our chats, laughter and thank you as manager of the team - for making us feel like extra special, valued customers. We have had some wonderful massages at the spa and we would both whole heartedly recommend treatments with this team. Thank you to Mohammed, Marwa (I wish you a speedy recovery) and Eman for our fabulous massages! *Thank you to Dieter for your hospitality and we have enjoyed our conversations. Thank you Mohamed - the restaurant manager - your teams in all the eateries on the resort, should make you feel very proud - as these individuals elevated our daily dining experiences and in turn we did not want to venture out of the complex. AMR (Executive Chef) for the conversations and for making us feel very welcome. Chef Farid - we could not leave Cleopatra without saying good bye so thank you for coming to meet with us! Thank you for everything, our friend! Medhat (house keeping supervisor) thank you for your assistance, especially your perseverance in finding Ian a bed board! It has been our pleasure not only to meet up with staff who we met previously but to meet even more lovely people this year I have been home now for just a week and I yearn for the sunshine, my time on the resort and not forgetting watching the sunrises and sunsets again! It has been mentioned that Egypt is our second home, and I couldn’t agree more! The sense of belonging that I feel here continues to be unlike any other, at any other holiday destination! On both visits we have met some truly lovely people, both Cleopatra employees and guests. Some of whom have now become our dear friends. Take good care of yourselves and families. "I had a wonderful stay at Cleopatra Luxury! From the moment I arrived, everyone and especially Rahma, Mohamed Abdelhady, Ahmed Naser and Hany Conceirge made a lasting impression with their warm welcome and kind attitude. They’re always ready to help with the tiniest details. The entire staff are also very nice, welcoming, and attentive, creating such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it a great choice for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Cleopatra Hotel and especially thanks to Rahma and the wonderful team!"

"This was our 5th visit to this hotel and we look forward returning in 2026. The thing about this hotel is the staff. They go out their way to make the stay enjoyable. My wife has back issues so they kindly allocated us a ground floor room so she didnt encounter steps up to the room. There are quite a group of us english that keep returning year after year so they must be doing something right. For the price paid i think this holiday is way better than going to spain etc and cheaper and safer."
