At\u00a0Vanilla Lounge<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0philosophy is to provide a satisfying dining experience for the\u00a0entrie\u00a0spectrum of tastes using modern, innovative and classic cooking techniques. Located just a few metres from\u00a0Antalya’s\u00a0stunning harbour, this stylish yet relaxed restaurant takes a fusion menu to delicious new heights, in surroundings that reflect traditional Ottoman architecture.<\/p>\n

Vanilla was established in 2007 and has since been the centre of fine dining in\u00a0Antalya.\u00a0Executive Chef\/Owner Wayne designs his menus to reflect the seasons, using the finest local produce.
