{"id":7653,"date":"2026-08-03T15:27:14","date_gmt":"2026-08-03T15:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ezjcloud.com\/traveller\/?p=7653"},"modified":"2026-08-03T15:34:23","modified_gmt":"2026-08-03T15:34:23","slug":"where-chefs-eat-harriet-mansell-of-robin-wylde-lyme-regis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.easyjet.com\/en\/traveller\/united-kingdom\/england\/where-chefs-eat-harriet-mansell-of-robin-wylde-lyme-regis","title":{"rendered":"Where chefs eat: Harriet Mansell on Lyme Regis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The pretty Dorset harbour town of\u00a0Lyme\u00a0Regis\u00a0might be more famed for fossils than food, but that\u2019s set to change with the recent opening of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.robinwylde.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Robin\u00a0Wylde<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 a new provenance-driven British restaurant from chef Harriet\u00a0Mansell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Following formative work with Mark\u00a0Hix, a\u00a0<em>stage<\/em>\u00a0at\u00a0Noma\u00a0and time cooking on\u00a0superyachts,\u00a0Mansell\u00a0launched Robin\u00a0Wylde\u00a0\u2013 the pseudonym evoking both wild countryside and archaic English charm \u2013 as a pop-up in\u00a0Lyme\u00a0Regis\u00a0in 2019.
