And with good reason.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This elegantly dinky spot in\u00a0Leith\u00a0is one of the UK\u2019s finest restaurants: Hall (who previously worked with local legend Tom\u00a0Kitchin\u00a0for nine years)\u00a0dishes up painterly, refined modern European\u00a0plates \u2013\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">torched mackerel with barbecued peach,\u00a0ajo\u00a0blanco\u00a0and\u00a0lovage\u00a0say, or dry-aged duck with sausage, wilted leaves, blackcurrant and sorrel.
