It\u2019s just before lunchtime and the staff of El\u00a0Camino\u00a0\u2013 a smart new restaurant in\u00a0Palma\u00a0de\u00a0Mallorca\u00a0\u2013 are getting ready to receive their first customers of the day. A team of mainly Spanish chefs and waiters fire up\u00a0planchas,<\/em>\u00a0prepare octopuses and check the\u00a0Estrella\u00a0beer is cold.
