So it might come as as surprise to learn that there&#8217;s only one restaurant on this pretty oceanic outpost \u2013 far closer to France than the UK \u2013\u00a0with a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/traveller.ezjcloud.com\/prod\/where-chefs-eat-callum-graham-on-st-helier-jersey\">Michelin star.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>That\u00a0restaurant\u00a0is St\u00a0Helier&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bohemiajersey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bohemia<\/a>, an upscale Modern European joint\u00a0that celebrates the\u00a0best of Jersey&#8217;s produce while also making concessions to top-tier\u00a0European ingredients and techniques (the current tasting menu features such dishes as local crab with\u00a0jalape\u00f1o\u00a0panna\u00a0cotta, and a\u00a0foie\u00a0gras\u00a0parfait with Madeira jelly and a\u00a0shimeji\u00a0and duck salad, for example).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1593\" src=\"https:\/\/traveller.ezjcloud.com\/prod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Where-Chefs-Eat-Series_Callum-Graham_Bohemia-Restaurant-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Chefs have come and gone since Michelin first slung its trademark award over in 2004 \u2013 Bohemia has held onto a star ever since \u2013 but the kitchen is currently headed up by\u00a0Callum\u00a0Graham.
