If you have received a notification from us confirming that one or all your flights have been cancelled and you have not been moved to another flight, you have the following options available to you:


1. Choose a voucher

We realise you may not be ready to decide on your next easyJet trip quite yet. That’s why we’re offering you a flight voucher for the full value of your ticket. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and gives you the flexibility to book travel to anywhere when you're ready to fly.

But that’s not all!

For a limited period, we’re giving easyJet travellers the chance to upgrade your future trip with your choice of an “extra from easyJet”. To give you time to plan your next trip your voucher and an ‘extra from easyJet’ will be valid for a whole year. This means you can redeem it for travel for any flight right through to the end of our current flight schedule, see here.

After requesting your voucher, you will be able to pick your choice from the list below:

  • £5 easyJet Flight voucher - £5 extra per passenger per flight. So for a family of 4 on a return trip that means an extra £40 to spend on a future flight booked with easyJet.
  • £5 to spend on anything from our delicious inflight food and drink menu - Start your holiday before you’ve landed with delicious food & drink from the easyJet Bistro.
  • Go “Hands Free”...for FREE - Enjoy a premium “Hands Free” airport experience on your next easyJet return flight.

2. Switch your flight

Because your flight has been cancelled, you can switch to another easyJet flight for free* within our current flight schedule, see here. You won’t be charged a change fee or fare difference. This means that you can transfer onto flights to our most popular destinations during peak periods, free of charge.

3. Request a refund

If the above options are not suitable and you would prefer a refund, you can request this yourself via Manage Bookings. We are doing our best to process refund requests in the shortest possible time. Once you have submitted an online refund request, you can track the status of your request here.
