If you have received a notification from us confirming that one or all your flights have been cancelled and you have not been moved to another flight, you have the following options available to you:
1. Choose a voucher
We realise you may not be ready to decide on your next easyJet trip quite yet. That’s why we’re offering you a flight voucher for the full value of your ticket. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and gives you the flexibility to book travel anywhere on our network when you're ready to fly.
But that’s not all!
For a limited period, we’re giving easyJet travellers the chance to upgrade your future trip with your choice of an “extra from easyJet”. To give you time to plan your next trip your voucher and an ‘extra from easyJet’ will be valid for a whole year. This means you can redeem it for travel for any flight right through to the end of our current flight schedule, see here.
After requesting your voucher, you will be able to choose from one of the following options:
- £50 towards your holiday with easyJet holidays - Get planning your next dream break (T&Cs apply).
- £5 easyJet Flight voucher - £5 extra per passenger per flight. So for a family of 4 on a return trip that means an extra £40 to spend on a future flight booked with easyJet.
2. Switch to another flight for free
Because your flight has been cancelled, you can search easyJet flights and make changes to your booking yourself via Manage Bookings.
3. Request a refund
You can request this yourself via Manage Bookings. Our team are currently processing refund requests within 7 days, and this may take a few days to show as available in your account, depending on your bank. Please note that refunds are made to the account used to make the booking with us. Once you’ve submitted an online refund request, you can track the status of your request here.
