Need to return something you bought on the plane?

Inflight refunds 


We hope you’re happy with your inflight purchase, but if you do need to return an item you purchased onboard because it’s faulty, damaged or unwanted then please follow the steps below:
  • Complete the online webform below and attach a copy of your receipt
  • Send us your unwanted or damaged item including your name and booking reference
It’s important that you fill in the webform correctly - if we don't have accurate details for you, we may not be able to process your refund.

Returns are subject to our returns policy, see inflight returns policy. Once you have submitted this form, please send the item(s) that you are returning to the address below. Please obtain proof of postage from your postal service when doing so.
