Essential things to remember
COMPLETE ALL NECESSARY FORMS
Make sure you've completed all necessary health declaration and locator forms before you travel. Links to these can be found in our travel map. Don't forget to bring your confirmation/forms with you to the airport.
CHECK TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Be aware of any specific travel restrictions and entry requirements to the destination you are flying to, and for any destination you may be returning to.
WEAR & BRING YOUR FACE MASKS
In line with our mask policy, make sure you bring an adequate supply of masks for the entire duration of your journey and those you’re travelling with. Face masks should typically be replaced every four hours, or if they become wet or soiled.
COVID-19 testing services
Get easy access to local COVID-19 testing at special rates by accredited providers, along with information on site testing facilities at certain airports.

You can check local government restrictions for information and updates to make sure you're fully compliant with all their latest requirements.
National and regional governments have varying entry requirements in place, which are also subject to change.
We appreciate the uncertainty this may cause. If you're due to fly with us, we understand that you may need to change your travel plans. If your trip is impacted by a lockdown travel ban or mandatory hotel quarantine this summer, our Protection Promise gives you Travel Restriction Protection.

You’ll need to have some form of identification on both domestic and international flights.
You can check in between 30 days and 2 hours before your flight departs and download your mobile boarding pass on our app, or print a copy via Manage bookings - it's easier via the app.
Our Latest Travel Information pages give you some of our most recent travel updates. If you're due to travel with us and are impacted by restrictions this summer, we’ve introduced even more last-minute flexibility in our Protection Promise.
If your flight is disrupted, we’re sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. You'll be notified directly via email of your options, which includes transferring to an alternative flight free of charge, receiving a voucher for the value of the booking or applying for a refund.
