"We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel. On the first day, we were provided with drinking water, a hand towel, and a shower cap, but these were not replaced during the rest of our stay. We even asked the staff for them, but they were still not provided. There was also a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee capsules were available, which made it rather pointless. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. There was visible mold in several areas, and the toilet bowl was broken. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom were far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, the quality of service also felt very poor and cheap. For a 4-star hotel, these issues are simply unacceptable. Basic amenities, cleanliness, maintenance, and attentive service should be a given. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards, because the hotel has potential but currently does not live up to its 4-star rating."

"I do not recommend this hotel! Money went missing from my room during my stay! The staff manager claims it is not his problem. This is an unprofessional attitude towards the customer. Give this hotel a wide berth."

"Good location , very bad reception, unfriendly and not helpful, old apartments, mini fridge not working."
