"I'm only guving this place one star because it won't allow me post a review, it doesn't even deserve one star. Filthy, filthy, filthy!!! Stayed here for three nights. I can only comment on one particular staff member who wears glasses, probably early 20s/30s age group who was downright rude! We had to leave our cases in the luggage room because we were early but that was ok. However when we came back to the 'hotel" that evening to check in this particular receptionist was on her mobile phone chatting, it did not appear to be a business call by the way she was talking/laughing on the call but I could be wrong. She left us, including my 77 year old mother and 74 year old aunt standing at the desk for at least 10 minutes before waving her hand at us saying "go get your cases" The luggage room was unlocked so not safe at all. When we collected our cases we again stood at the desk for a further few minutes while she was on her phone. She finished the call and we presumed she was now checking us in. It was only again after a few minutes that I looked over the desk to see why she wasn't communicating with us that I found her lying down on the desk resting! I told her nicely she still had not checked us in. During check in I asked her where the hotel bar and she said we were standing where the bar used to be and so there was no bar anymore. My elderly mother who did not hear this exchange also asked about the bar. The receptionist snapped and pointed her finger at me said "I have already told HER, I'm not repeating myself" we were shocked. She then snapped "give me your passports" at this stage we were really fed up with her behaviour and my elderly relatives were visibly upset so I politely informed her she that was not being very pleasant to us. She immediately became annoyed and snappy so I told her she was now actually being rude. She became extremely hostile and told us she didn't have to take this attitude from us and that we were to leave the hotel, not sure which planet she was on because the entire scenario was all her doing and it was she who being the rude one. We asked for a manager, she again snapped there was no manager on site but she was going to call him/her She dialled a number but then never made the call. My mother who was shaking said "please will you just check us in" because she was terrified of being put out on the street for something that was not at all pir fault. I have added photos of our room, not many because we were quite shook and only put our heads down late at night and back up and out early next day. You have only to look at other guests photos and reviews to see just how bad this place really is. We did report the incident and the dirt of the hotel to our travel agent the next morning and they did speak to the manager on our behalf but he/she refused to refund our money so we could be moved to a different hotel. As we could not afford an extra €200/300 each to be transferred we unfortunately gad to stay at this place for a further two nights. The manager did not even bother approach us for the duration of our stay to apologise for the receptionist's behaviour. I'm presuming they have camera footage of the entire incident, whether the bothered to check it is another thing but it does show what type of establishment it is and how they feel about their guests Take my advice DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!! I say "place" because it.is definitely NOT a hotel!"
